Shows notes of dark cherries, violets and spice on the nose with a toasty oak complexity. On the back palate there are hints of dark fruits, liquorice and chocolate. This elegant Pinot Noir is long and exhibits velvety, silky tannins and is smooth in the finish. It matches well with food especially venison, lamb and duck. It will continue to develop depth and complexity for 5-7 years.
